Review Our Standard Creator Agreement

We believe creators should understand our terms before submitting music. Our standard catalogue agreement is non-exclusive: you retain ownership of your music and receive 50% of Gross Licensing Revenue on qualifying licences generated through Shadow Lantern Studios. There are no upfront catalogue admission or mandatory promotional fees.

These confirmations are required before we can review your submission for catalogue representation.

I confirm that AI was used in creating each track I am submitting. Human songwriting, performance and production are welcome, and I can describe the AI contribution if requested. I confirm that I control or have sufficient authority over the submitted music and recording to submit it for review and, if accepted, to authorize Shadow Lantern to represent it for one-stop licensing. I confirm that my use of the AI platform, account and plan used to create the submitted music permits the commercial use and licensing contemplated by this submission. I confirm that I have not knowingly included unauthorized samples, voices, copyrighted recordings, reference materials or other third-party content that would prevent lawful commercial licensing of the submitted music. I understand that Shadow Lantern representation, if offered, is non-exclusive and that accepted tracks must remain eligible for one-stop licensing through Shadow Lantern while represented. I understand that submission does not guarantee catalogue acceptance, promotion, placement, licensing activity or revenue.

If Shadow Lantern wishes to represent any submitted track, formal Creator Agreement and track-specific rights certification will be completed before catalogue activation.
