Non-Exclusive Representation
Your music remains yours.
Shadow Lantern representation is non-exclusive. You retain ownership of accepted tracks and remain free to market and license them independently or through other non-exclusive representatives.
If Shadow Lantern generates the licensing opportunity, Gross Licensing Revenue is divided equally between the creator and Shadow Lantern.
If you independently generate an unrelated licence, Shadow Lantern receives nothing from that transaction.

Every track represented through Shadow Lantern must qualify for one-stop licensing through Shadow Lantern Studios. The creator must have sufficient authority over the music and recording to allow Shadow Lantern to issue the applicable licence without requiring the customer to chase additional owners or approvals.
One-stop status is a condition of catalogue acceptance and must remain valid while the track is represented by Shadow Lantern.

The split applies to Gross Licensing Revenue from licences generated through Shadow Lantern. There is no upfront catalogue fee, no exclusivity requirement and no Shadow Lantern share of unrelated licences you generate independently.

Do I retain ownership of my music?
Yes. Shadow Lantern representation is non-exclusive and you
retain ownership of your accepted tracks, subject to the terms
of the Creator Agreement.
Is representation exclusive?
No. You may continue to market and license your music
independently and may work with other non-exclusive
representatives.
Can I submit music that is represented elsewhere?
Potentially, yes, provided no existing arrangement prevents
Shadow Lantern from offering the track on the required
one-stop basis.
Does submission guarantee catalogue acceptance?
No. Shadow Lantern is curated. We may decline music based on
quality, catalogue fit, rights clarity or other commercial
considerations.
Can conventionally performed music be submitted?
No. The Shadow Lantern catalogue is specifically built around
100% AI-generated music.
Does Shadow Lantern guarantee placements or income?
No. Catalogue inclusion does not guarantee exposure, licensing
activity, placements or revenue.
